While researching on an Aladdincyclopedia article I went through Aladdin: The Making of An Animated film. I came across four sketches by Glen Keane and Mark Henn of Aladdin and Jasmine on the rooftop. On page 77 the author John Culhane explains the difficulty having two animation teams, one in California and the other in Florida. It made me appreciate the end result more than ever before.
