Enchanted Tales reviews at DVDtalk and Ultimate Disney

Heather points to DVDtalk.com’s Paul Mavis review of Disney Princess Enchanted Follow Your Dreams. The overall thought is that Enchanted Tales is pure meant to bring in more money for Disney in the Disney Princess line and not, like the feature films, works of art. No surprising of course.
Nevertheless Paul Mavis finds the stories appealing and entertaining and the songs quite appealing.

Ultimate Disney in the person of David Block shares his view on Follow Your Dreams first volume summarizing the stories and prefers Jasmine’s story above Aurora’s because Jassy has gotten much more screen time then Aurora in movies and series. He also confirms it’s Lea Salonga returning as singing voice for the first time since the feature film and that Linda Larkin is credited with the surname Vasquez implying she got married.

I’m so glad that Lea Salonga is doing Jasmine’s singing voice again!!!

I heard that Jasmine sings two songs in this volume!!!

In “Peacock Princess” there is the title song and another song called “I’ve Got My Eyes on You” which is sung to Sahara by Jasmine and is really beautiful.

I can’t wait to have this! I bought it at amazon.com and it will arrive next week!!!!!

The song is already on YouTube. When she was holding on I was like “Hold on Jas”. This song is certainly better then I’m Not a Peacock Princess. Nice singing by Lea.

Lea Salonga sings Reflection in Mulan, and A Whole New World in Aladdin, which she sings with Brad Kane. Both of them lovely!
