Appearing early in “Aladdin” Prince Achmed visits Agrabah to seek Princess Jasmine’s hand in marriage. He heard that the Sultan of Agrabah is looking for a suitor for his beautiful daughter.
As the Prince rides through the city on it’s way to the palace the citizens watch him go knowing he’ll be gone within a day.

Aziz is a small, ugly performer on a traveling carnival together with Fatima and Minos they perform ticks like escaping from chains or jumping trough burning rings. Meanwhile their partner, Abu, steals money and jewels from the distracted crowd. Aziz wants wealth, in the form of golden coins but once he was changed by the Destiny Stone the ‘improved’ Aziz wants power, powerto control lives, to decide who lives and who dies and revenge, revenge on Aladdin for making him the creature he is and on Abu for betraying him.

Aladdin finds a beautiful golden necklace in a chest buried deep in a pit. He gives it to Jasmine, and then the bad guy comes on stage. Aghoul appears and claims Jasmine as his bride.
Ayam was once the owner of the necklace; every girl who wore it became automatically his bride. Then he puts it on a young sorceress. She takes her revenge by poisoning him in the necklace. Till the moment Aladdin finds it. Aghoul is the standard bad guy. He appears in a second episode where Iago and Abu are sucked into a portal ending up at the side of the death. Ayam, as Jasmine calls him, uses them to get his revenge on Aladdin.

This episode was inspired by the original fairy tale “Beauty and the Beast.” The parallels being that, in the original fairy tale, Beauty’s father picked a rose from Beast’s garden. The Beast was enraged and demanded Beauty as payment. The animators were wondering why the Beast got so upset about the stolen rose. They decided that the beast was an artist and that picking the rose destroyed his masterpiece.
Arbutus simply wants be creative aloneto be left alone but because he is misunderstood by human kind his plant are killed and he is forced ti fight. Garden of Evil shows 2 examples. First, the Sultan didn’t see that and Jasmine is taken away from him. Second, when Aladdin doesn’t see how if one flower dies, Arbutus dies with it.
Garden of Evil is the most touching episode of the series, and a personal favorite of mine. It’s message is clear, “Sometimes we only how people are different from us. But if we look hard enough you’ll see that we’re all alike.”
Garden of Evil was released in the 1990’s to VHS on the tape Jasmine’s Enchanted Tales. In 2005 Disney released this tape on DVD with games and activiities as part of their Disney Princess line. Region 2 only

What he didn’t and couldn’t forsee is that Genie got a friend that wouldn’t let him just capture. He sees Genie as a servant not as a friend and when he asked Aladdin why he would die for his servant Aladdin replied. “Not for my servant. For my friend.”
And so after seeing the friendship between Aladdin and Genie he set him free, for now. Because he knew that someday Aladdin would die and then he could.
