Jafar is the grand vizier of the Sultan and wants Agrabah. But to do that he needs
a lamp which contain the key to ultimate powers. He sends a thief named Gazeem
to steal one half of a scarab. He has the second half already. “If one should
have the two halves and they melt with each other. The place of the lamp will
be revealed” or so the legend of the lamp says. Jafar finds the place, a Cave
of Wonders but “Only one may enter here. One whose worth lies far within. A diamond
in the rough” the cave says. Jafar searches this diamond in the rough. Its is
a boy named Aladdin. He tricks Aladdin to enter the cave, but then something gone
wrong and Aladdin is buried in the cave with the lamp.
You must be wondering, Jasmine? An enemy of Agrabah? Then you haven’t seen the episode “Forget Me Lots” where our lovely princess loses her memory due to a Rose of Forgetfulness by Abis Mal. He tells her that HE is her father.
Aladdin thinks Jasmine is captured by Mal when in fact Jasmine takes the lead over the men and locks her “father” up. Meanwhile Rajah also loses his memory by smelling on the rose in Jasmine’s hair.
