Jasmine – Grand Jester Collection

A bust of Princess Jasmine holding a bird has been added to the Grand Jester Collection. I think it’s beautiful with her hair swaying out, although her upper body on top of the palace garden fountain looks a bit weird in my opinion.

Jasmine – Grand Jester Collection.

Genie is also in their collection as well. Standing on top of his lamp Genie is presented in his Hawaii outfit ready for a well deserved vacation.

Lithographs

went through my stuff today and found a collection of Aladdin lithographs that I haven’t seen in years. The seven lithographs are in my collection for over 15 years, don’t really recall when and how I got them but they decorated my walls for many years until the room got renovated and re-painted 3 years ago. I believe they got a temporarily spot until I replaced them with another collection of litho’s I’d been eyeing for about as long as I had these.

I discovered I’d had stored away in their original flimsy frames probably with intention to take to the store to got nicer ones but never did so. As the situation is now there isn’t room on my walls as it taken up with puzzles, 2 huge posters and shelves with Lego. But who knows when I’ll move to bigger bedroom i can give them the spot they deserve until then I took them out of their frames and stored them safely away. Before I had stored and took though my scanner so they might be useful to create wallpapers of them sometime.

Aladdin fastfood and toys TV commercials

A futuristic looking commercial for Aladdin toys at McDonalds happy meals around 2004.

Promoting the Disneyland musical Aladdin: A Musical Spectacular

Mattel Aladdin and Jasmine dolls commercial around 1992. I have Genie sitting on a shelf for quite a few years now.

Kellogs Fruit Loops came with Aladdin coloring changing spoons in the mid 90’s. Check out the animation at the end looks like original to me.

More crunchy nugget free stuff came in a box of Captain Crunch because buried beneath was an Aladdin Fortune Top featuring Genie.

Burger King had Aladdin coloring chancing cups with the meals. Kids should come back often to collect all four. The tough rap guy is kind of lame now but back then it was cool.

The Kellogg’s Corn Flakes is probably the best known breakfast product. Like the others it had an Aladdin tie-in. They had a nice looking box and original animation in the TV commercial.
